BristolWorks! Job Training & Placement Program Scholarships Open to Plainville Residents
BristolWORKS! is a new collaborative workforce development training center, providing individuals with skills, certifications and job-placement services to obtain employment quickly or to allow them to continue with advanced programs. Classes are offered in a variety of high-demand employment areas, specifically healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and early childhood education.
Recently, BristolWORKS! was awarded a grant from the Farmington Bank Community Foundation to support training programs and services for those who live outside of Bristol – including Plainville residents who are eligible to apply for scholarships to receive job training and placement through BristolWorks!
